This unit was built when the company was still named Klingler Products Company before the name was changed to Holiday Rambler. This unit’s features include a maple wood interior and a double-wide cot bed (canvas) above the regular bed.

These were built in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. At the time, Covered Wagon was the largest trailer manufacturer in the country and produced 15-20% of all the trailers built in the U.S. The exterior is “leatherette” over a plywood shell; the roof is covered with a coated canvas over tarpaper.
